I had an excellent experience with this repair shop. They are professional, experienced, good communicators, organized, and efficient. Most importantly, they provide quality automotive repairs at a fair and competitive price. They replaced the clutch on my 2007 Honda Accord, and now it drives like brand new. I’m very satisfied with the repair, the cost, and I highly recommend Auto Works 360.

Very bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a simple oil change, and although I was told the car was checked, a serious issue was clearly missed. Shortly after, my car broke down on the road while I was with my young child, which was a very dangerous and unacceptable situation. When I brought the car back, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. They took the car without any clear explanation. When I called the next day to ask for an update, I was treated with the same disrespect and told it would take at least 3 days because they had no availability. When I asked why this wasn’t communicated earlier, I was told: “That’s how it is. If you don’t like it, take your car.” Because of their poor service, I had to pay extra money to tow my car to another shop. Overall: • Very rude customer service • Unprofessional behavior • Poor technical work I strongly advise people to stay away from this place.

The best place!! Took my daughter's car in. Super professional and incredibly honest people. Will not take her car anywhere else!!
