Every dollar you spend on WOMi goes directly to rewarding real customers, not algorithms. No wasted impressions. No vanity metrics. Just genuine word-of-mouth that brings people through your door. That's why we're selective about who joins. WOMi is exclusively for small, independent businesses.


Your Business is eligible if it:

1. Is Independently Owned (Not a franchise or location of a national chain. Your business, your rules.)
   
   

2. Has 6 or Fewer Locations (We serve small to mid-size operations—local favorites)
   
   

3. Has Fewer Than 100 Employees (Keeping it personal. Big enough to serve your community, small enough to know your customers.)

   
   

4. Is a legitimate, registered business
   - Sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation, or equivalent
   - Operating legally in your jurisdiction

5. Has a physical or service-based presence
   - Brick-and-mortar storefront, mobile service, or local service area
   - Customers can visit or receive services in person

6. Offers products or services to consumers
   - Retail, food & beverage, health & beauty, fitness, automotive, professional services, etc.

7. Can fulfill promotions
   - Ability to honor advertised deals and rewards
   - Staff trained to scan QR codes for redemptions

Not Currently Eligible:

• Online-only businesses with no local presence

• Multi-level marketing (MLM) companies

• Adult content or services

• Illegal or regulated substances (where prohibited)

• Businesses without proper licensing

Required for Verification:

• Business name and address

• Valid business license or registration (if applicable)

• Tax ID / EIN (for payouts)

• Bank account connected via Stripe (for withdrawals only)
